My Journey
My fitness journey started in 2017 when I finished High School, I started training 4-5 times a week at a gym. I didn't follow any specific program and my sessions were all over the place. This type of training continued into 2018 where I saw no real results, until I started my Personal Training Certificate. While I was completing the certificate I was also training for a bodybuilding competition, where I was training 5 times a week and following a tailored program. I ended up winning my division and competed a few more times over the next year, placing second and first in various divisions. From 2020 to 2022 I had my beautiful two girls, so training was focused around pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Now in 2023 I am focused on building my strength, cardio and overall fitness so that I can be the best person to help you on your fitness journey.
